Your responsibilities

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und interdisziplinäre Steuerung des gesamten RampUpProzesses sowie des RampUpTeams zum Aufbau einer hybriden Werft.
  • Eigenständige Durchführung aller Projektphasen von Konzeption, Abstimmung und Kommunikation über Lösungsentwicklung bis zur Umsetzung und Verankerung im Unternehmen.
  • Strukturierung der Aufgabenstellung, Definition von Arbeitspaketen und Aufplanung des Projekts in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung.
  • Steuerung und Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams.
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung kritischer Arbeitspakete und Weiterentwicklung der dafür eingesetzten Verfahren.
  • Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte in zielgruppengerechten Unterlagen und Sicherstellung des notwendigen StakeholderBuyIn.
  • Moderation von Workshops, Leitung größerer Gruppen und Präsentation vor Projektkunden auf allen Ebenen mit sicherem Auftreten und effektiver Kommunikation.

Your profile

  • 2 bis 3Jahre Erfahrung in Beratung bzw. Konstruktion, Fertigung oder RampUp von neuen Strukturen und Standorten, vorzugsweise im Schiff oder Anlagenbau.
  • Erfahrung im Management bereichsübergreifender Projekte und interdisziplinärer Teams.
  • Verantwortung für (Teil)Projekte zum Aufbau neuer Organisationen, Strukturen oder Unternehmen.
  • Universitärer Abschluss (Master/Diplom) in Wirtschafts/Naturwissenschaften, (Wirtschafts)Informatik, Organisation, People Management oder Ingenieurwesen.
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Affinität zur Entwicklung und Operationalisierung komplexer Strategien sowie starkes BusinessJudgement.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MSOffice und Datenbanken.
  • Professionelles, kooperatives Auftreten, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch sowie nachgewiesene Leadership und TeamKompetenz, ergänzt durch hohe Einsatzbereitschaft.
