Your responsibilities

  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Energie- und Umweltmanagementsystems nach ISO 50001 und ISO 14001, einschließlich der Aktualisierung normrelevanter Dokumentationen und Nachweisanforderungen
  • Bearbeitung komplexer umwelt- und energierelevanter Sachverhalte sowie Analyse und Bewertung von Arbeitsprozessen, Anlagen und Gebäuden im Hinblick auf Umwelt- und Energieaspekte
  • Pflege des Rechtskatasters im Umwelt- und Energierecht sowie Unterstützung bei der betrieblichen Eigenüberwachung gemäß gesetzlichen Anforderungen (BImSchG, WHG, KrWG, EDL-G)
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von umwelt- und energierelevanten Qualitäts- und Verbesserungsprojekten sowie Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits (DIN EN ISO 19011)
  • Auswertung und Aufbereitung von Umwelt- und Energiedaten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Überwachung relevanter Maßnahmen

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik oder Umweltwissenschaften, sowie mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung idealerweise in einer Werft oder einem Großunternehmen
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der ISO 50001, ISO 14001 oder vergleichbarer Managementsysteme (z.B. ISO 9001) sowie einschlägige Fachausbildung zum Energie- und Umweltmanagement-Beauftragten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Energie- und Umweltrecht sowie praktische Erfahrung im Energiemanagement und Umweltmanagement
  • Praxiserfahrung bei der energietechnischen Datenanalyse (vorzugsweise mit der Software SIEMENS Navigator), der Steuerung von Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen und der Erstellung interner Kommunikationskonzepte zu Energie- und Umweltthemen
  • Selbstständiges und strukturiertes Handeln, hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte redaktionelle Fähigkeiten sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS Office-Programmen
