Your responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für alle unternehmensbezogenen ITAufgaben des Teilprojekts übernehmen und Änderungsanfragen gemäß der ProjektmanagementRichtlinieU_1000_A1 steuern.
  • Erarbeiten und bewerten der TeilprojektInhalte hinsichtlich ihrer Konsistenz und Konformität zu RFQ, Angebot, Vertrag sowie zu internen und externen Vorgaben.
  • Entwicklung von ITStandardprozessen, -Methoden und -Tools, die speziell auf das Projekt zugeschnitten sind.
  • Überwachung des Teilprojektfortschritts in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten und Einhaltung von Terminen.
  • Abstimmung mit den LinienOrganisationseinheiten, dem ProjektManagementTeam im Kundenland sowie den entsprechenden PMTs anderer Projekte und Ableitung von Maßnahmen.
  • Zuständigkeit für IT und ITSicherheitsthemen, Erstellung von Projekt und RisikoBerichten sowie regelmäßige Information der Beteiligten über projektspezifische ITSicherheitsregeln.
  • Leitung von ITStatusrunden, Teilnahme an Leitungs und OfficeMeetings und, falls erforderlich, Anforderung von Informationen von den verantwortlichen Stellen.

Your profile

  • Ein Hochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare, einschlägige Qualifikation liegt vor.
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im (IT)Projektmanagement bei mittelständischen Unternehmen, Konzernen oder in der Beratung ist vorhanden; bislang wurden nationale und internationale Kundenprojekte mit Leitungs und Geschäftsführungsrelevanz geleitet.
  • Expertenwissen in modernen IoTTechnologien (Hardware, Software, Netzwerk, Schnittstellen) ist vorhanden.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) sowie professionelles StakeholderManagement können nachgewiesen werden.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse liegen vor.
  • Bereitschaft, standortübergreifend im In und Ausland zu arbeiten und dafür zu reisen, besteht.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte zu koordinieren, technische Expertise mit der strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens zu verknüpfen.
