Your responsibilities

  • Mitglied einer Gruppe von Inbetriebnehmern (m/w/d) mit umfassenden Kenntnissen aller Systeme eines Unterseeboots; weltweite Einsatzfähigkeit.
  • Verantwortung für die qualitätskonforme Ausführung kurzfristiger und langfristig geplanter Einsätze im Ausland, z.B. während Werftliegezeiten im Intermediate Overhaul.
  • Führung und Koordination eines Teams von Spezialisten (m/w/d), das Serviceaufträge beim Kunden oder intern bearbeitet.
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten Planung sowie einer fachgerechten Durchführung der Serviceleistungen.
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Servicequalität.
  • Tätigkeit als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund*innen, Servicepersonal und internen Abteilungen.
  • Vertretung der Gruppe und Gewährleistung, dass alle Arbeiten termingerecht und gemäß den geforderten Qualitätsstandards erledigt werden

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation liegt vor.
  • Kenntnisse der Methoden und Standards der Qualitätssicherung sind vorhanden und werden routiniert angewendet.
  • Ausgeprägte Qualitätsorientierung, Belastbarkeit sowie ausgeprägte Team, Kommunikations und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
  • Eigenverantwortliche, selbstständige und flexible Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit überzeugendem Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Teams, Motivation von Mitarbeitenden und loyalem Handeln im Sinne des Teamerfolgs.
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Service/Kundendienst, idealerweise mit Auslandseinsätzen.
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit kontinuierlichem Fokus auf Verbesserungsprozesse.
