Your responsibilities

  • Empfang und Betreuung von internen und externen Gästen; Organisation und Koordination von Meetings, Workshops, Dienstreisen sowie Vorbereitung, Protokollierung und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen und Tagungen; Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen (z.B. PowerPoint) und der Führungskraft bei Budgetplanung, Personalthemen, strategischen und operativen Projekten; Pflege von Kennzahlen und Reports
  • Organisation sowie Koordination des Sekretariats inkl. Dokumentenverwaltung, Ansprechposition in administrativen Fragestellungen, Erstellung und Bearbeitung interner/externer Korrespondenz sowie Abstimmung und Steuerung von internen/externen Terminen
  • Planung, Organisation und Abrechnung von Geschäftsreisen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Infrastrukturaufgaben wie Büro und Arbeitsmaterialbeschaffung, ITBerechtigungen, Beschilderungen, Organisation von Umzügen, Schnittstellen zum Facility Management
  • Pflege und Koordination von Arbeits und Fehlzeiten in ERPSystemen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie fachspezifische Kenntnisse in Büroverwaltung, Betriebswirtschaft, Fremdsprachenkorrespondenz oder Projektmanagement
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Konzernumfeld, mit sicherem Umgang in Büroorganisation, administrativen Prozessen, Budgetverwaltung, KostenstellenControlling sowie Bestell und Rechnungsprüfungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MicrosoftOffice, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung von Datenanalysen, Vorbereitung von Audits/Reviews und erste Unterstützung von Projektarbeiten; SAPERPKenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in Lean Management, KVP oder agilen Methoden sind von Vorteil
  • Hohe digitale Kompetenz und schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Unternehmensstrukturen (z.B. Schnittstellen zwischen Produktion, Logistik, Qualitätssicherung, Konstruktion und Einkauf) sowie sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, stark ausgeprägte Diskretion, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Hierarchieebenen, hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, exzellentes Zeitmanagement, analytisches Denken und sicheres Auftreten
