Your responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für die disziplinarische Leitung und organisatorische Steuerung der Hauptabteilung ProduktionslinieKiel zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Arbeitsweise.
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Modul und Bootsausrüstung, Direktfertigung und die Expertengruppe innerhalb der Produktionslinie.
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines wertschätzenden, partizipativen und konsequenten Führungs und Arbeitsklimas, das Motivation und Leistung fördert.
  • Strategische Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung aller Investitionsmaßnahmen (CAPEX) sowie Budgetierung und Kontrolle der Instandhaltungs und Betriebsaufwendungen (OPEX).
  • Gewährleistung der Arbeitssicherheit durch konsequente Umsetzung aller relevanten Sicherheitsstandards.
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Abstimmung und Koordination mit allen Schnittstellenpartnern der EPCKette sowie Einhaltung vereinbarter Projektzeitpläne und Produktqualitätsanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den QSPartnern.
  • Definition, Etablierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Organisationsstrukturen und Managementinstrumenten (z.B. ShopFloorManagement) zur Erreichung der Unternehmens und Abteilungsziele.

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer gleichwertigen Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Projekt und/oder Linienverantwortung im industriellen Produktionsumfeld, verbunden mit nachweislichen Erfolgen im Lean und Verbesserungsmanagement.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke, Ergebnisorientierung sowie ein strategischer und unternehmerischer Denkansatz; ein hoher Leistungs und ExzellenzAnspruch.
  • Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren, gezielt weiterzuentwickeln und zu nachhaltigen Höchstleistungen zu führen; hoher Durchsetzungs und Gestaltungswille.
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Kompetenzen inkl. Priorisierung, Ressourcen und Terminplanung sowie effektiver Steuerung von Veränderungs und Verbesserungsprozessen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations und Sozialkompetenz: klare, zielgerichtete Ausdrucksweise, Empathie, Konfliktmanagement und Schaffung eines vertrauensvollen Arbeitsklimas.
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz sowie sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
