Your responsibilities

  • Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung und Bereitstellung sowie Aktualisierung der Normen und Vorschriften für die tk MS inkl. Atlas und Hagenuk.
  • zentraler, fachbereichsübergreifender Ansprechpartner bei Themen rund um die Normung
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Überprüfung der Aktualität der zentralen Normungsdatenbanken
  • Verantwortlich für die Vergabe der Material - und Zeichnungsnummern von Norm- und Wiederholteilzeichnungen inkl. Erstellung vom Stücklistenkopf sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitätskriterien
  • Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Normteilzeichnungen inkl. Stücklisten
  • Anlage, Pflege und Verwaltung der SAP-Stammdaten für Normteile und QS-Prüfung und Freigabe für Kaufteile
  • Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von internen Werksnormen und Bereitstellung dieser in den Systemen
  • Erfahrungen in der Anwendung der GPS-Normen wünschenswert
  • Beratend für interne und externe Stakeholder im Bereich Normung
  • Verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Pflege und Klassifizierung der 3D-Normteile in der NX-Umgebung

Your profile

  • Hochschulabschluss (FH/Uni) oder technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung sowie Weiterbildung zum Techniker
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Normung wünschenswert sowie das Interesse zur Weiterbildung in diesem Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Rahmen der GPsicherer Umgang mit EDV-Programmen (Jira, Confluence, SAP, Siemens NX, Office)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C1)
  • Prozessorientierte Wertschöpfung, analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und strukturiertes Arbeiten.
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
