Your responsibilities

  • Du bearbeitest selbstständig kleine bis mittelgroße Bauteile an CNC-Maschinen und erstellst bzw. optimierst die zugehörigen CNC-Programme.
  • Das eigenständige Einrichten, Rüsten und Einmessen der erforderlichen Zerspanungswerkzeuge sowie das sichere Einspannen der Werkstücke gehören zu Deinem täglichen Aufgabenbereich.
  • Auf Basis von 2-D und 3-D Zeichnungen fertigst Du Laufflächen, Passmaße und komplexe Konturen nach Normen.
  • Dabei nutzt Du Messmittel routiniert, prüfst die gefertigten Teile und dokumentierst die Prüfergebnisse lückenlos.
  • Zusätzlich übernimmst Du unterstützende Krantätigkeiten rund um die Maschine, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu gewährleisten.
  • Durch Deine sorgfältige Arbeit stellst Du die hohe Qualitäts- und Präzisionsanforderung unserer Fertigung sicher.

Your profile

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung an CNC-Maschinen oder in der Fräsbearbeitung an 5-Achs-Maschinen mit
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Siemens oder Heidenhain Steuerung.
  • Du gehst sicher mit der CNC-Steuerung um, erstellst und optimierst eigenständig CNC-Programme und richtest die Maschine samt Werkzeugen präzise ein.
  • Technische Zeichnungen (2D/3D) liest du sicher und setzt sie zuverlässig in fertige Laufflächen, Passmaße und komplexe Konturen um.
  • Qualitätskontrollen führst du routiniert durch, dokumentierst die Ergebnisse und arbeitest stets mit hohem Qualitäts- und Präzisionsbewusstsein.
  • Du besitzt technisches Verständnis, Freude an genauer Handarbeit, löst eigenständig Fertigungsprobleme und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen.
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit runden dein Profil ab.
