Your responsibilities

  • Bearbeitung von Großbauteilen an gesteuerten CNC-Maschinen.
  • Eigenständiges Aufspannen und Ausrichten von Bauteilen auf der Maschine anhand von Referenzmaßen.
  • Herstellung von Laufflächen, Passmaßen und anspruchsvollen Oberflächen gemäß Zeichnungen und Normen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Feinmessmitteln sowie Durchführung von Krantätigkeiten.
  • Auswahl, Zusammenstellung und Einmessen der erforderlichen Zerspanungswerkzeuge für die jeweilige Bearbeitungsaufgabe.
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen mittels Maschinensteuerung Siemens.
  • Durchführung von Prüftätigkeiten und zugehöriger Dokumentation.

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Drehtechnik.
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehbearbeitung von Großteilen.
  • Ausgeprägte Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Improvisationsvermögen und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
  • Hohes Detailbewusstsein und konzeptionelles Denken.
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen EDV-Systemen sowie vertrauter Umgang mit CNC-Maschinensteuerungen von Siemens 840 D/Siemens One.
  • Selbstständige und flexible Arbeitsweise, Team- und Kontaktfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
