Your responsibilities

  • Du verantwortest die Terminverfolgung und Status-Dokumentation von Beschaffungsvorgängen.
  • Ebenso gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich die Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Liefervorzügen bei Lieferanten.
  • Du verantwortest die interne Eskalation bei Abweichungen der Terminsituation.
  • Auch begleitest Du die Kommunikation und intensive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern.
  • Die Unterstützung des Lieferantenmanagements runden deinen Aufgabenbereich ab.

Your profile

  • Du absolvierst zurzeit einen Hochschulstudiengang im Bereich BWL, VWL, Wirtschafsingenieur oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Einkauf/ Supply Chain Management.
  • Du bist anwendungssicher in den Microsoft-Office-Programmen, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel.
  • Wünschenswert sind erste Erfahrungen SAP.
  • Du bist technisch versiert, motiviert und verstehst komplexe Sachverhalte schnell.
  • Außerdem besitzt Du die Fähigkeit und die Motivation, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten, bringst Durchsetzungsvermögen mit und eine hohe Team- sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Zudem bearbeitest Du Aufgabenstellungen gerne selbstständig und kannst die Koordination mit verschiedenen Auftraggebern meistern.
