Your responsibilities

  • Du unterstützt das operative Tagesgeschäft der Abteilung Digital Training und Media.
  • Du übernimmst vorbereitende, koordinierende und strukturierende Aufgaben.
  • Du bereitest Termine, Meetings und Workshops vor und nach.
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen, StatusÜbersichten und Entscheidungsunterlagen.
  • Du koordinierst Abstimmungen, erstellst Übersichten und sendest Erinnerungen.
  • Du pflegst und strukturierst Ablagen sowie die zugehörige Dokumentation.
  • Du unterstützt Projekt und Produktionsabläufe.

Your profile

  • Du befindest Dich im laufenden Bachelor oder Masterstudium wie z.B. Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Medien, Digitalisierung, Kulturwissenschaften oder vergleichbares.
  • Du gehst sicher mit MSOffice um, vor allem mit PowerPoint, Excel und Outlook.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du arbeitest äußerst strukturiert, sorgfältig und zuverlässig.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen und ein gutes Zeitmanagement.
  • Du wahrst ein hohes Maß an Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und kommunizierst klar und professionell.
  • Du handelst selbstständig bei klar definierten Aufgaben und zeigst Interesse an der Arbeit im Umfeld einer Abteilungsleitung.
