Your responsibilities

  • Du unterstützt die Abteilung IT-Infrastruktur bei der Erfassung der IT-Assets und trägst damit einen wichtigen Teil zur Digitalisierung des Unternehmens bei.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit den IT-Kollegen bearbeitest Du Anfragen über unser Ticketsystem und übernimmst eigene Teilaufgaben und kleine Projekte
  • Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Fachbereichen zusammen und erhältst interessante Einblicke in viele Kernprozesse des Unternehmens.
  • Du wirkst aktiv beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Informationssicherheits-Managementsystems (ISMS) mit, z. B. durch die Pflege der Asset-Datenbank, Dokumentation und Auswertungen.
  • Individuell auf Deine Bedürfnisse angepasste Arbeitszeiten und Laufzeiten des Beschäftigungsverhältnisses ermöglichen Dir eine optimale Vereinbarkeit von Studium und Werkstudententätigkeit.

Your profile

  • Du bist Studierende/r im Studiengang Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang mit IT nahen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Inhalten.
  • Nach Möglichkeit befindest Du Dich bereits im Masterstudium.
  • Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus und erste IT-Kenntnisse konntest Du Dir bereits im Studium oder an anderer Stelle aneignen.
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise setzen wir ebenfalls voraus.
  • Außerdem hast Du viel Freude an Teamarbeit, agierst offen und bist stets zuverlässig sowie engagiert.
