Your responsibilities

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, Optimierung und Sicherstellung des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • In deiner Rolle als erster Werker Schiffbau (m/w/d) bist du für die Überprüfung der Qualifikation und die Werkereinsatzplanung in deinem Bereich zuständig.
  • Du bereitest die Arbeiten für deinen Bereich vor und bist verantwortlich für die Abarbeitung in Zeit, Kosten, Qualität.
  • Die Vollständigkeitskontrolle und die Kontrolle der Arbeitsergebnisse gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Ggf. richtest du Sektionen mit Sokkia und Laser, vermisst Sektionsstöße und arbeitest diese nach.
  • Du stehst im direkten Austausch mit dem Meister (m/w/d), stimmst dich mit den Schnittstellen auf Shopfloorebene ab und leitest deine Shopfloorrunde mit den Werkern (m/w/d).
  • Du leitest Weiterbildungen und Prüfungen für deine Mitarbeitenden in die Wege.

Your profile

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker Metall (m/w/d).
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und idealerweise auch erste fachliche Führungserfahrung konntest du bereits sammeln.
  • Ein gutes Verständnis im Lesen von Zeichnungen zeichnet dich aus.
  • Erste Kenntnisse zum Thema Arbeitssicherheit, z.B. im Einrichten von Arbeitsplätzen und der Unterweisung von Mitarbeitenden bringst du mit.
  • Kenntnisse in SAP- und CAD-Programmen sind für dich ebenfalls von Vorteil.
  • Deine Stärke ist die Organisation und Verbesserung von Prozessabläufen vom Design bis zum Endprodukt.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Führungswille runden dein Profil ab.
