Your responsibilities

  • Du entwirfst und entwickelst ein Konzept für die Ausbildung und das Training von Besatzungen, Servicepersonal sowie Prüfern im Umgang mit dem Brennstoffzellensystem auf U-Booten.
  • Gemeinsam mit der Fachabteilung erstellst Du die für das Training notwendigen Schulungsinhalte und Unterlagen.
  • Du organisierst die Trainings und führst diese durch.
  • Du überwachst die Wirksamkeit der Ausbildung durch Evaluationen und führst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen durch.

Your profile

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Bereich oder einen Abschluss als Techniker (m/w/d) mit fundierter Berufserfahrung.
  • Idealerweise kennst Du das System U-Boot und Brennstoffzellensysteme aus praktischer Erfahrung und hast Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung oder vergleichbaren didaktischen Tätigkeiten.
  • Du kannst technisch komplexe Sachverhalte verstehen und für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen einfach und verständlich darstellen.
  • Das konzeptionelle sowie kreative Arbeiten liegt Dir.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Lösungsorientiertheit, Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, kontaktfreudig und präsentierst gerne vor größeren Gruppen.
  • Eine sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in englischer Sprache runden Dein Profil ab.
