Your responsibilities

  • Sie sind für die Analyse von schiffstechnischen Systemen in Bezug auf zukünftige Verwendung im Bereich Training & Simulation (CBT/WBT, Serious Gaming, Hardware-Simulatoren) zuständig.
  • Die Erstellung von Spezifikationen für Wartungs- und Bedienmaßnahmen von schiffstechnischen Systemen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
  • Für die Identifizierung und Konzeption von Lernzielen für diverse technische Themengebiete sind Sie zuständig.
  • In Ihrer Rolle als Training Designer (d/m/w) sind Sie für die Festlegung und Beschreibung aller Systeme mit Skizzierung für die Umsetzung verantwortlich.
  • Für die Recherche von technischen Dokumentationen und/oder Trainingsmaterialien in den Fachabteilungen, der Fahrmannschaft und bei den Systemlieferanten, als Basis für die Erstellung der Systemspezifikationen und des mathematischen Simulationsmodells sind Sie zuständig.
  • Sie nehmen an Meetings bzw. Kunden-Reviews sowie moderieren von fachbezogenen Workshops teil.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Kundenanfragen.

Your profile

  • Sie bringen ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als schiffstechnischer Offizier an Bord eines Unterseeboots.
  • Sie haben bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Trainingsentwicklung und Virtual Reality Anwendungen gesammelt.
  • Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen didaktisch aufzubereiten.
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen technischen Lösungen im Umfeld Training runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit sich schnell in neue Fachthemen einzuarbeiten.
