Your responsibilities

  • Prüfung, Anlage und Pflege von Materialstammdaten im ERP-System als Basis für das Materialdatenmanagement
  • Ersatzteilvorauswahl im ERP-System für neu eingebrachten Material sowie Erstellung von Ersatzteil-URListen nach geltenden Spezifikationen und Richtlinien
  • Prüfung von CAD-Modellen auf deren Eignung für Bildtafeln in illustrierten Ersatzteilkatalogen und Erstellung von Illustrationen aus CAD-Volumenmodellen sowie Konstruktions- und Bauunterlagen nach allgemeinen Richtlinien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Logistics Engineering, Überprüfung der Analyseergebnisse auf Vollständigkeit, Richtigkeit und Eignung als Input für das Materialdatenmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei Erstellung und Prüfung von Leitdokumenten (GuidanceDokumente) speziell für das Materialmanagement

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit erster Berufserfahrung oder technische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Materialdatenmanagement
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis, sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen
  • Wünschenswerte erste Erfahrung als technischer Redakteur:in in der Marinelogistik, einschlägig mit der Redaktionssoftware APart sowie ASD-Spezifikationen (S1000D, S2000M)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen und Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
