Your responsibilities

  • Als technischer Manager (m/w/d) für für ein rumpfmontiertes Minenjagdsonar verantworten Sie die Entwicklungsleistung im Projektablauf in Bezug auf Termine, Qualität, Prozesseinhaltung und Kosten.
  • Sie beauftragen Entwicklungsleistungen und überwachen den Projektfortschritt in Bezug auf Termine, Qualität, Prozesseinhaltung und Kosten.
  • Sie führen und organisieren das technische Risikomanagement für das Projekt.
  • Sie koordinieren und leiten das Projektteam fachlich an.
  • Sie führen die Abstimmung von technischen Lösungen und Konzepten mit Kundenvertretern.
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass ihre Entwicklungsergebnisse mit den Bedürfnissen des Produktmanagements harmonieren.

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation mit technischem Hintergrund und bringen langjährige Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen im Bereich der Systementwicklung unter Anwendung von Unternehmensprozessen und haben fundiertes Wissen und Erfahrung im Systems Engineering.
  • Sie bringen Kenntnisse im technischen Management von Projekten mit.
  • Ausgeprägtes systemorientiertes Denken, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative zählen Sie zu Ihren Stärken.
  • Ihre Kommunikationsstärke setzen Sie zielgruppengerecht ein und verstehen es Ihr Team zu motivieren.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Gelegentliche nationale und internationale Dienstreisen bereiten Ihnen Freude.
