Your responsibilities

Als Technical Manager (m/w/d) planst und steuerst Du die die Entwicklung von Systemen im Rahmen einer Projekt- oder Programmabwicklung unter Berücksichtigung vorgegebener Anforderungen, Prozesse und Qualitätsvorgaben.

  • Die Befähigung und Entwicklung der Organisation in einem spezialisierten Themenkomplex und Übernahme strategischer Themen fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
  • Du planst die Entwicklungsleistung im Projekt- bzw. Programmablauf in Bezug auf Termine, Qualität, Prozesseinhaltung und Kosten für das zu verantwortende System.
  • Du übernimmst die Abstimmung und Beauftragung von Arbeitsaufträgen für die Entwicklungsleistung und die Abstimmung mit den weiteren beteiligten Projektrollen.
  • Du identifizierst und bewertest Risiken in der Entwicklung.
  • Du planst, überwachst und steuerst dazugehörige Mitigationsmaßnahmen und bewertest die Wirksamkeit.
  • Die Definition von Vorgaben und Methoden für die Entwicklung im Projekt- bzw. Programmablauf zählt ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Dir obliegt die Koordination und fachliche Anleitung des Projekt- und Programmteams.
  • Die Moderation und Abstimmung von technischen Lösungen und Konzepten mit Kundenvertretern im verantwortetem Projekt fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
  • Du koordinierst die Systementwicklung mit den Bedürfnissen des Produktmanagements.

Your profile

  • Du kannst ein erfolgreich absolviertes Hochschulstudium im MINT Bereich vorweisen.
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung zeichnet Dich aus.
  • Du verfügst über Fachkenntnisse über das umzusetzende System und dessen Funktionsweise.
  • Kenntnisse über das V-Modell sind wünschenswert.
  • Des Weiteren bringst Du Fähigkeiten zur fachlichen Steuerung von Workpackage Ownern im Rahmen einer Projektabwicklung mit.
  • Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Technische Bewertungsfähigkeit für die Umsetzung der Entwicklungsaufgaben und bei der Anwendung der Unternehmensprozesse in den verschiedenen Entwicklungsdisziplinen setzen wir voraus.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
  • Gelegentliche nationale und internationale Dienstreisen bereiten Dir Freude.
