Your responsibilities

  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Erzeugung, Bearbeitung, Beschaffung, Administration und Verwaltung von technischen/ logistischen Unterlagen und Datensätzen.
  • Das Durchführen von umfangreicher Datenaufbereitung und Beschaffungsvorgängen in SAP (inkl. notwendiger Vorarbeiten) obliegt Dir
  • Die Vor- und Nachbereitung, sowie das Unterstützen der Ersatzteilübergabe an den Kunden gehört mit zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du gestaltest in Mitarbeit Verbesserungs- und Prozessthemen und bist für die Qualitätsprüfung für Fremd- und Eigenleistungen zuständig.
  • Selbstständig bedienst Du direkte Schnittstellen (Lieferanten) und erarbeitest bei auftretenden Probleme Lösungsvorschläge, ggf. eskaliert Du diese.

Your profile

  • Du kannst eine abgeschlossene Fachschulausbildung oder 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung und langjährige Berufserfahrung sowie spezielle Weiterbildungen vorweisen.
  • Dein fachliches Können, Deine Prozesskenntnis und -verständnis in den beschriebenen Aufgaben konntest Du schon in vorherigen Positionen beweisen.
  • Du überzeugst mit einem sicheren Umgang sowie umfangreichen Kenntnissen in den EDV-Systemen MS-Office, sowie SAP (Modul: MM, SD, EWM), sowie in anderen werftspezifischen EDV Systemen.
  • Fundierte Englisch-Kenntnisse, sowie Dein prozessorientiertes, strukturiertes Denken und Handeln zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du kannst mit einer strukturierten, lösungsorientierten und gewissenhaften Arbeitsweise punkten.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit runden Dein Profil ab.
