Your responsibilities

  • Du übernimmst fachliche Führung und Einweisungen von Mitarbeitern in der Montage und vertrittst die Abteilungsleitung.
  • Du erarbeitest und aktualisierst die Kapazitäten, Personal und Ressourcenplanung.
  • Du koordinierst und überwachst die Montagearbeiten im Hinblick auf Einhaltung der Termine, Kosten, Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften.
  • Du nimmst aktiv im Team für das Shop-Floor Management teil und kommunizierst die Produktionsziele.
  • Du trägst zur Optimierung der Montageabläufe und Beschaffung von Arbeitsmitteln bei.
  • Du stellst das Einhalten von Prozessen innerhalb des Teams sicher.
  • Du erstellst und bearbeitest Teile, Baugruppen und Geräte für die laufende Fertigung.

Your profile

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf oder ein vergleichbares Berufsbild.
  • Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Menschen und hast gute Kenntnisse in der Montage von HF-, NF-, Digitalen- und Analogen Geräten der maritimen Kommunikationstechnik.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und SAP.
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Dich zeichnen eine starke Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung aus.
  • Du beherrscht die Englische Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du hast Freude an gelegentlichen nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen.
