Your responsibilities

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung der Systemintegration maritimer Kommunikationslösungen, einschließlich Entwicklung detaillierter Integrationskonzepte und Definition von Testszenarien von PDR bis FAT
  • Erstellung und Koordination umfassender Testpläne für Labor- und Echtzeiteinsätze sowie Durchführung und Überwachung der Testaktivitäten mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
  • Auswertung der Integrationstestergebnisse, Analyse der Systemperformance, Identifikation von Optimierungsbedarf und Einleitung entsprechender Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Dokumentation der Testprozesse und -ergebnisse, Erstellung aussagekräftiger Berichte zur Entscheidungsunterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Systems
  • Kontinuierliche Entwicklung neuer Ansätze und Strategien zur Verbesserung von Test und Integrationsprozessen sowie zentrale Ansprechpartnerfunktion für Entwicklung, Projektmanagement und Qualitätssicherung

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Informatik, des Maschinenbaus, der Physik oder eines vergleichbaren Fachs sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Koordination von Systemintegrationen und Tests, vorzugsweise im Bereich der maritimen Kommunikationstechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Integrations- und Teststrategien, Analyse von Testergebnissen und idealerweise in Systems-Engineering-Methoden (z.B. Certified Systems Engineer LevelC) sowie im Requirement-Engineering (z.B. IREB Foundation Level)
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams und der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern; versierter Umgang mit IBM DOORS (Classic) und Office-Tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Dokumentation und der Erstellung aussagekräftiger Testberichte
  • Aufgeschlossenes, kommunikatives und neugieriges Auftreten mit der Fähigkeit, technisch optimale und gleichzeitig wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Lösungen zu finden
