Your responsibilities

  • Sie arbeiten bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung unserer Trainingsprojekte und deren Dokumentation in der Abteilung Digital Training & Media mit.
  • Sie übernehmen die Installation und Konfiguration von Servern, Netzwerken, Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen unserer komplexen Trainingssysteme sowie deren Wartung, Überwachung und Aktualisierung sowohl Inhouse als auch beim Kunden vor Ort.
  • Dabei sind Sie auch für die Identifizierung und Behebung von Problemen sowie die Durchführung von Fehlerbehebungsmaßnahmen in den Integrations-, Abnahme- und Garantiephasen zuständig.
  • Sie optimieren die IT-Infrastruktur sowie die Virtualisierungs- und Automationslösungen unserer Produkte
  • Sie gewährleisten den Second- und Third-Level-Support für unsere eingesetzten Produkte.
  • Sie übernehmen die Steuerung von Unterauftragnehmern.

Your profile

  • Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, gern mit Erfahrung in der Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen mit.
  • Sie konnten bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Netzwerken und Windows-/Linux-Servern sowie von Netzwerkprotokollen sammeln.
  • Auch Erfahrungen im Bereich Virtualisierungslösungen (Vmware und Alternativen) konnten Sie aufbauen.
  • Sie haben die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen aufzuarbeiten und besitzen ein analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und sind neuen technischen Lösungen gegenüber aufgeschlossen.
  • Ihre Kundenorientierung und sozialen Kompetenzen setzen Sie gezielt ein um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Dabei setzen Sie auf eine selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise.
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch sehr gut Englischkenntnisse und einer weltweiten Reisebereitschaft.
