Your responsibilities

  • Du verantwortest standortübergreifend die Warengruppen eines Hauptsystems und bist dabei fester Bestandteil eines oder mehrerer Kundenprojekte.
  • Du wirst fachlich vom jeweiligen Projekt geleitet und unterstützt das Category Management bei der Erarbeitung von WarengruppenStrategien sowie beim Aufbau und der Pflege des Lieferantenpools.
  • Du bereitest Ausschreibungen, Anfragen und Verhandlungen vor, leitest crossfunktionale Verhandlungsteams und schließt die Verträge z.B. AEB, ZEB für B und CTeile in Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanagement.
  • Du überwachst die Vertragserfüllung: MeilensteinTracking, Wahrung von Rechten und Pflichten, Cash und Umsatzplanung, Kostenverteilungskurve sowie ObligoPlanung.
  • Du bearbeitest Claims in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Schnittstellen und stellst die Konformität der Verträge sicher.
  • Du stellst alle erforderlichen Zahlen und Daten für das Projektcontrolling bereit und sorgst für die Erfassung definierter KPIs.
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die gesamte Abwicklung und Prüfung der zugewiesenen Hauptsysteme, um Kosten und Leistungsziele termingerecht zu erreichen.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschul oder Fachhochschulstudium z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du handelst unternehmerisch und bringst mehrere Jahre fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabenfeld mit.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit SAP sowie den gängigen MSOfficeAnwendungen.
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis.
  • Du zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative, arbeitest teamorientiert und überzeugst durch organisatorisches Geschick.
  • Du verfügst über Durchsetzungsvermögen und kannst auch unter Druck Entscheidungen treffen.
  • Du bist bereit, gelegentlich national und international zu reisen.
