Your responsibilities

  • Steuerung und Optimierung warengruppenrelevanter sowie projektbezogener Aktivitäten in Kundenprojekten von Projektbeginn bis zum Ende der Gewährleistung
  • Weiterentwicklung von Warengruppenstrategien und des Lieferantenpools in Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern sowie Sicherstellung der Einkaufsziele in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten und Termine
  • Eigenständige Initiierung und Leitung fortlaufender Maßnahmen zur Kostenreduktion und zur Vermeidung von Lieferverzögerungen sowie Durchführung von Ausschreibungen und Angebotsvergleichen unter Total-Cost-of-Ownership-Aspekten
  • Verantwortung im crossfunktionalen Team für Vertragsverhandlungen, das Lieferantenmanagement und Beschaffungsmarktanalysen zur Identifikation von Marktentwicklungen, Innovationen, Risiken und Chancen
  • Unterstützung der Projektsteuerung und Zielerreichung innerhalb der Warengruppen durch KPI-Auswertungen, Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Beschaffungsprozesses sowie Unterstützung oder Übernahme der Rolle als Teilprojektleiter:in Beschaffung

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf sowie in der Projektarbeit, verbunden mit technischem und kaufmännischem Verständnis für vor- und nachgelagerte Prozessschnittstellen
  • Sehr gutes Methodenwissen, insbesondere im Projektmanagement, sowie ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der Beschaffungsmärkte und Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und den MS-Office-Produkten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick, Überzeugungskraft, hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, starke Eigenmotivation, hohe Teamorientierung sowie Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
