Your responsibilities

  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Warengruppen- und Beschaffungsstrategie für IT-Hardware, Software, Cloud-Services, Telekommunikation, IT-Dienstleistungen und Digitalisierungsprojekte und Durchführung von Make-or-Buy-Analysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertungen auf Basis von Total-Cost-of-Ownership (TCO)
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung nationaler sowie internationaler Ausschreibungen und Verhandlungen (Preis, Vertrag, Lizenz) für Hardware, Software, Cloud-Lösungen, Managed Services und IT-Dienstleistungen; Leitung cross-funktionaler Verhandlungsteams und Abschluss von Software-, SaaS-, Cloud-, Wartungs-, Support- und Dienstleistungsverträgen
  • Analyse von Bedarfen, IT-Roadmaps und Angeboten unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität, Informationssicherheit, Technologie, Risiken und Lieferfähigkeit; Abstimmung der mittel- bis langfristigen Beschaffungsplanung mit IT-Fachbereichen, Projekten und Stakeholdern
  • Betreuung, Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung des strategischen Lieferantenportfolios; Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Partnerschaften mit Hersteller:innen, Cloud-Anbietern, Systemhäusern und IT-Dienstleistern; aktives Lieferant:innen- und Risikomanagement inkl. Cyber-, Compliance-, Lizenz- und Ausfallrisiken sowie Claim- und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Beschaffungsrichtlinien, regulatorischer Vorgaben (Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz, Exportkontrolle, Compliance) und Unternehmenskommunikation gegenüber IT-Lieferanten; Koordination aller Lieferantenbeziehungen („OneFacetotheSupplier“), Monitoring der Vertragserfüllung (Time-Cost-Quality) über den gesamten Vertragslebenszyklus und Unterstützung des operativen Einkaufs bei Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik o. Ä.) oder zweijährige Fachschulausbildung plus mindestens 3 - 5Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf eines Industrieunternehmens bzw. im IT-Einkauf sowie fachspezifische Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen IT-Einkauf, fundierte Kenntnisse im Einkauf von Software, Hardware, CloudServices, Telekommunikation und IT-Dienstleistungen; Verhandlung komplexer Software-, Cloud-, Wartungs- und Dienstleistungsverträge sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Lizenzmodellen (z.B. Microsoft, VMware, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, IBM, Cisco) und SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/Managed-Service-Verträgen
  • Kenntnisse im Vertrags-, Lizenz- und Urheberrecht, Grundwissen zu Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz und regulatorischen Anforderungen; Erfahrung im Lieferanten-, Risiko- und Claim-Management; sichere Anwendung von ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP) und MS-Office
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke, strategisches Denkvermögen, hohes kaufmännisches Verständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten; selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise; hohe Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationskompetenz sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern auf Management-Ebene
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte Konflikt-, Entscheidungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz; hohe Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit in interdisziplinären Projekten, technische Affinität und Interesse an aktuellen IT-, Digitalisierungs- und Technologietrends sowie Reisebereitschaft
