Your responsibilities

  • Du unterstützt die inhaltliche Ausgestaltung der P&CStrategieentwicklung und bringst Deine Expertise in die strategische Planung ein.
  • Du konzipierst, führst ein und betreust ein effizientes Multiprojektmanagement, das laufende und zukünftige P&CProjekte koordiniert und sichert.
  • Du stimmst Inhalte und Zeitpläne mit allen ProjektStakeholdern ab und überwachst das Steuerungs und Monitoring der Projekte.
  • Du erstellst Projektdokumentationen, ControllingReports und Präsentationen und bereitest Daten auf, um strategische Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
  • Du identifizierst Verbesserungs und Digitalisierungspotenziale in den P&CProzessen, leitest geeignete Maßnahmen ein und übernimmst das Qualitäts und Risikomanagement.
  • Du organisierst und moderierst Workshops und Projektmeetings nach agilen Methoden und entwickelst zielgruppengerechte P&CKommunikationsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der P&CLeitung.
  • Du konzipierst, planst und setzt Mitarbeitendenumfragen um, leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab und erstellst kreativen Content und Kampagnen für online und offlineKanäle.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, bevorzugt in Wirtschafts, Sozial oder Geisteswissenschaften.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und hast erfolgreich Projekte von der Planung bis zum Abschluss gesteuert.
  • Du beherrschst die Aufgabedefinition, Zeit und Ressourcenplanung sowie das Monitoring von Budgets und Meilensteinen.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und überzeugend mit allen Stakeholdern und moderierst Workshops und Meetings nach agilen oder klassischen Methoden.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Projektberichte, Controlling und Präsentationsunterlagen und leitest daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Du erkennst kontinuierlich Optimierungs und Digitalisierungspotenziale in Projekt- und Prozessabläufen und initiierst entsprechende Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und selbstständig, bringst Team und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit mit und hast Freude daran, Projekte erfolgreich zum Abschluss zu bringen
