Your responsibilities

  • Sie sind als Mitglied des Projektmanagementteams für alle Qualitätsmanagement (QM) Themen im Projekt zuständig, überwiegend im Bereich der Software.
  • In dieser Funktion planen, koordinieren und führen Sie alle projektspezifischen Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Qualität der vertraglichen Liefer- und Leistungsumfänge in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagementteam und den Fachabteilungen durch.
  • Sie priorisieren und organisieren eigenständig Ihre QM-relevanten Tätigkeiten in den Projekten.
  • Dabei stellen Sie als Single Point of Contact den Austausch mit allen involvierten Parteien (z.B. Kunden, Projektführung, Lieferanten) in der Angebots- und Durchführungsphase eines Projektes zu QM-Themen sicher.
  • Sie führen die Ihnen im Projekt zugeordneten Teammitglieder fachlich.
  • Sie erstellen, steuern und überwachen die QM-spezifischen Dokumente im Projekt.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Durchführung von projekt- und firmeninternen Audits.

Diese Position beinhaltet eine Einarbeitungszeit am Standort Kiel für ca. 3-6 Monate.

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Fachrichtung Schiffbau, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • Sie besitzen Kenntnisse der grundlegenden QM-Standards (ISO 9001, EN9100, AQAP 2110, 2210, 2310) und haben möglichst Erfahrungen bzgl. Qualitätsmanagement in der Projektarbeit und Projektabwicklung.
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, gerne in der Bearbeitung von technischen Projekten und verfügen ggf. über eine bestehende Zertifizierung nach IPMA.
  • Sie konnten bereits erfolgreich die fachliche Führung von Teams übernehmen und überzeugen Ihr Umfeld durch sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Sie zeichnet eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative und haben Freude an Teamarbeit.
  • Sie verfügen über sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sind zu Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland bereit.
