Your responsibilities

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Steuerung von Produktinkrementen und Systemlieferungen.
  • Du steuerst die Erstellung, Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management und den Systemarchitekten.
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig die Sicherstellung von Traceability zu übergeordneten Anforderungen und Architekturelementen (DOORS, MagicDraw).
  • Du verantwortest die Planung, Monitoring und Reporting des Feature-Fortschritts auf Inkrement-Ebene (Fertigstellungsgrad, Termintreue, Abhängigkeiten, Blockaden).
  • Zudem arbeitest du eng mit SoftwareBuildManagern zur Optimierung der Entwicklungsprozesse zusammen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Test- und Integrationsaktivitäten, Review von Ergebnissen im Kontext der Inkremente.
  • Mit unseren Stakeholdern stehst du im stetigen Austausch zum Umsetzungsfortschritt sowie den Risiken und Chancen.

Your profile

  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
  • Zudem verfügst du über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Projektleiter in der Softwareentwicklung oder im technisch geprägten Umfeld.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachliche Führung von kleinen Teams mit.
  • Wünschenswert sind zudem gute Kenntnisse in hybriden Entwicklungsumgebungen (klassisch + agil), Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (SCRUM, SAFe o. ä.).
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Jira und GitLab, Grundverständnis von Requirements-Management (DOORS) und Systemmodellierung (MagicDraw/SysML) sind von Vorteil.
  • Durch deine Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten bist du in der Lage Anforderungen, Architektur und Umsetzung mit den Stakeholdern abzustimmen.
  • Eine analytisches Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten zeichnen dich aus.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
  • Du bist bereit für gelegentliche nationale und internationale Dienstreisen.
