Your responsibilities

  • Sie verantworten die Prüfung und Kommentierung kaufmännischer Ausschreibungsbedingungen / Vertragsentwürfen hinsichtlich kostenrelevanter Aspekte, roten Linien‘ und Zustimmungspflichtigen-Geschäftsvorfällen sowie die Koordination mit Schnittstellenpartnern.
  • Sie übernehmen die Vertragsverhandlung mit Kunden und Partnern.
  • Sie sind für die Erstellung kaufmännischer Texte für Angebote mit schlüssigen Konzepten für Zahlungsbedingungen, Erlöse, kaufmännische Bedingungen, Beschaffung und Abrechnung sowie die notwendige Einbindungen und Koordinierung verschiedener Fachbereiche zuständig.
  • Sie stellen in Koordination mit den Fachbereichen sicher, dass etwaige Kosten wie Steuern/Zölle, Commercial Risk oder Vorfinanzierungskosten in die Angebotskalkulation einfließen.
  • Sie bereiten Interne Reviews vor, wirken an diesen mit und stellen die internen Freigabeprozesse sicher.
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass Compliance Richtlinien eingehalten werden.

Your profile

  • Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit.
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Contract Management oder kaufmännischem Bid Management für erklärungsbedürftige, komplexe Lieferungen/Leistungen.
  • Sie konnten bereits fundierte Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft und in der Vertragsabwicklung und Verhandlungsdurchführung mit internationalen Kunden sammeln.
  • Sie bringen hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und idealerweise auch Auslandserfahrung mit.
  • Ihre analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von unternehmerischem/ lösungsorientiertem Handeln.
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und umfassende konzeptionelle Kompetenzen.
