Your responsibilities

  • Du initiierst, planst, koordinierst, steuerst, überwachst und schließt das Projekt im Bereich technische Produktentwicklung, -realisierung und -abgabe ab.
  • Du operationalisierst die Projektziele und machst sie für das gesamte Projektteam verständlich und umsetzbar.
  • Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Ablauforganisation und stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse effizient laufen.
  • Du organisierst die Personalprozesse nach dem PDCAModell (PlanDoCheckAct).
  • Du gewährleistest die konsequente Anwendung und Einhaltung von Prozessen, Methoden und Tools.
  • Du sorgst für einen strukturierten Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams.
  • Du führst fachlich die untergeordnete Aufbauorganisation und leitest die Mitarbeitenden an.
  • Du führst Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Drittparteien und Abnahmebehörden, dabei berücksichtigst Du die relevanten Vertragsinhalte.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Maschinen oder Schiffbau und bringst damit die nötige technische Basis mit.
  • Du bringst mehr als 5Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marinetechnologien mit und kennst die Hauptsysteme eines UBoots sowie deren wechselseitige Zusammenhänge sehr gut.
  • Du verfügst über tiefgehende Fachkenntnisse zu allen querschnittlichen Anforderungen z.B. Energieversorgung, Navigation und Kommunikation von UBooten.
  • Du besitzt das IPMALevelB oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation und hast bereits erfolgreich mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern und Marinen zusammengearbeitet.
  • Du bist flexibel einsetzbar, arbeitest kundenorientiert und verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl intern alsauch extern.
  • Du trittst sicher auf, übernimmst Verantwortung, zeigst hohes Engagement, Selbstständigkeit sowie Durchsetzungs und Überzeugungsstärke.
  • Du bist ein interdisziplinärer Teamplayer, sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und beherrschst MSOffice sicher.
