Your responsibilities

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner:in für institutionelle Investoren und Sellside Analysten
  • Weiterentwicklung der IR-Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand und den relevanten internen Fachabteilungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Vermarktung der umfassenden Equity Story des Unternehmens (Strategie, Märkte, Produkte, Finanzergebnisse usw.)
  • Beratung des C-Level Managements bei kapitalmarktbezogenen Themen
  • Verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Quartals- und Jahresberichterstattungen sowie Investorenpräsentationen
  • Steuerung des Erwartungsmanagements auf der Buy- und Sellside
  • Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Teilnahme an Investorenkonferenzen, Roadshows, Capital Market Days, etc.
  • Beobachtung und Analyse relevanter Marktentwicklungen, inklusive makroökonomischer Faktoren, um strategische Handlungsempfehlungen zu begleiten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Anforderungen und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von kapitalmarktrechtlichen Pflichtveröffentlichungen, in Abstimmung mit relevanten internen Fachabteilungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von kapitalmarktbezogenen Sonderfragestellungen und -projekten

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Vorbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Investor Relations oder einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeld, vorzugsweise in einer börsengelisteten deutschen Aktiengesellschaft
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität mit tiefergreifendem Verständnis für Finanzkennzahlen, Bilanzierung und Kapitalmärkte
  • Souveränes und professionelles Auftreten gepaart mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgezeichnete Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten, verbunden mit einer hohen Eigeninitiative und der Motivation, in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld hohe Leistungen zu erbringen, sowohl selbständig als auch im Team
  • Eine offene, multikulturelle Einstellung, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung in einer internationalen Organisation oder im Ausland
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Fähigkeiten (insbesondere Word, Excel und Powerpoint); gute Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Bloomberg sind von Vorteil
