Your responsibilities

  • Unterstützen des ISO beim Betrieb sowie der Erweiterung des ISMS (Informationssicherheits-Managementsystems).
  • Systemgestütztes Erfassen und Bearbeiten von Informationssicherheits-Ereignissen.
  • Durchführen von Ermittlungen zu Informationssicherheits-Vorfällen mit geringer Komplexität.
  • Unterstützung beim systemgestützten Erfassen, Pflegen und Auswerten von Daten im Asset-Register
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen Informationssicherheitsaudits, sowie Audits für Lieferanten.
  • Übernahme der Aufgaben des Business Continuity Beauftragten am Standort Kiel.
  • Verantwortlich für Verbesserungen des BCM, Weiterentwicklung des Krisenmanagements und Implementierung von Krisen- Notfallplänen.

Your profile

  • Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit.
  • Gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse: Englisch (in Wort und Schrift).
  • Selbständigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Entscheidungsstärke, Engagement.
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit (Masse an hoch eingestuften Informationswerten; Schaden für das Unternehmen und Mitarbeitende vermeiden).
  • Extrem hohes Maß an Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Hohes Maß an Service- bzw. Kundenorientierung.
  • Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in Standard IT-Anwendungen im Rahmen von MS Office.
  • Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in abteilungsspezifischen IT-Anwendungen, insbesondere TTS trax.
