Your responsibilities

  • In Deiner Rolle gestaltest Du digitale und zukunftsweisende Prozesse entlang der Wertschöpfungskette mit dem Schwerpunkt Operations (Fertigung).
  • Du übernimmst Projektverantwortung für den weiteren Ausbau des Business Process Managements innerhalb des Fertigungsbereichs.
  • Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Konzeption, Analyse, Optimierung und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
  • Die Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops zur Prozessaufnahme und Prozessmodellierung gehört zu Deinen Kernaufgaben.
  • Du arbeitest standortübergreifend und unterstützt den Aufbau einer durchgängigen Prozesslandschaft auch an anderen Standorten.
  • Du erstellst und konzeptionierst Schulungsunterlagen zum Thema Prozessmanagement (z.B. E-Learning).
  • Du entwickelst das Thema Prozessmanagement organisatorisch und technisch weiter.

Your profile

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du konntest bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung sammeln und besitzt nachweislich Erfahrungen im Prozessmanagement.
  • Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette mit.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse zu Methoden und Standards im Prozessmanagement sowie im Umgang mit Prozessmanagementwerkzeugen (z.B. Aeneis) mit Erfahrung in der Prozessmodellierung.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Systems Engineering wären wünschenswert.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise und ein großes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
  • Selbstständiges und strukturiertes Handeln, eine große Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Dein Umfeld überzeugst Du aufgrund deiner Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke.
