Your responsibilities

  • Sie sind zuständig für die Analyse der Wertschöpfungsprozesse, Schnittstellen und Arbeitsmethoden der Operating Unit Surface Vessels
  • Dabei sind Sie verantwortlich für die Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachbereichen und Projekten.
  • Ebenso sind Sie für die Entwicklung und Einführung von Optimierungen unserer Prozesse und Methoden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und Projekten verantwortlich.
  • Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Methoden und Tools sowie die Projektleitung von internen Verbesserungsprojekten obliegt Ihnen.
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenbereichen wie IT, Qualitätssicherung, Engineering und Projektmanagement sowie die Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Anwendung von Prozessen und Methoden gehören auch zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Sie sind außerdem für die Betreuung von Angebots-/Abwicklungsprojekten (Schiffbau/Service) zu Prozessen und Methoden mit mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität verantwortlich.

Your profile

  • Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Schiffbau, BWL oder vergleichbar.
  • Ebenfalls bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld oder im Schiffbau mit.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessmodellierung, Lean Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung sowie gängiger Methoden & Tools im Geschäftsprozessmanagement.
  • Nachgewiesene Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse oder Projektmanagementerfahrung.
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und können sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift vorweisen.
  • Ihr Profil zeichnet sich durch ein besonders hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit sowie hohes Interesse an und Verständnis für komplexe prozessuale und technische Fragestellungen.
  • Reisebereitschaft zwischen unseren Standorten rundet Ihr Profil ab.
