Your responsibilities

Als Projektmanager sind Sie für die Planung, Steuerung und Leitung von Offshore-Projekten im Bereich geophysikalischer Untersuchungen (UxO, Seismik) und AUV-Technologie verantwortlich. Sie koordinieren interdisziplinäre Teams, sorgen für die Einhaltung von Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben und gewährleisten höchste Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.

  • Planung, Steuerung und Leitung von Offshore-Projekten von der Angebotsphase bis zum Projektabschluss.
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und kosteneffizienten Projektdurchführung.
  • Erstellung von Projektplänen, Zeitplänen und Ressourcenplänen.
  • Steuerung der Erstellung der Projektdokumentation, sowie Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Änderungsprozessen innerhalb der Projekte.
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an interne und externe Stakeholder.
  • Kostenkontrolle und Budgetverwaltung während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit.
  • Identifizierung und Management von Projektrisiken.
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung von QHSE-Anforderungen (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) in Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem QHSE-Team.

Your profile

  • Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Geophysik, Meerestechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise bei Offshore- oder maritimen Projekten.
  • Erfahrung mit geophysikalischen Untersuchungen (UxO, Seismic) und AUV-Technologie ist von Vorteil.
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Teams.
