Your responsibilities

  • In Ihrer Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Reparaturen und Modernisierung im Schiffbau.
  • Sie verantworten die kaufmännische und technische Abwicklung von Aufträgen aus komplexen Verträgen mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden.
  • Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner für den Kunden und führen Vertragsanalysen und die Erarbeitung von Problemlösevorschlägen durch.
  • Sie wirken bei den Verhandlungen mit den entsprechenden Lieferanten mit.
  • Sie überwachen das Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsmanagement der Aufträge inkl. Überwachung der Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen.
  • Sie verantworten das Risikomanagement inkl. der Darlegung, Einleitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen.

Your profile

  • Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Aus Ihrer bisherigen Tätigkeit haben Sie angewandte Kenntnisse der Methoden des Projektmanagements und haben idealerweise eine IPMA Level C Ausbildung.
  • Ihre selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Ihr starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Ihre Fähigkeit, andere zu führen und zu begeistern, zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Ihre organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und Ihr analytisches Denken setzen Sie gezielt ein um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Dabei setzen Sie auf die richtige Balance zwischen Durchsetzung und Kooperation.
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch fließende Englischkenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit relevanten IT-Tools wie MS-Office und SAP.
