Your responsibilities

  • Als Teil des Projektteams sind Sie verantwortlich für die kaufmännische Abwicklung von komplexen Projekten.
  • Sie arbeiten dem Projekt Manager Commercial in allen kaufmännischen Belangen zu und unterstützen diesen.
  • Sie übernehmen das vertragliche Änderungsmanagement.
  • Sie stellen die Überwachung vertraglicher Rechte, Pflichten und Fristen sicher.
  • Sie koordinieren die Schnittstellen zu kaufmännischen Fachbereichen wie Finanzen, Versicherung, Steuern usw.
  • Sie sind als Projektrepräsentant in internen und externen Meetings eingesetzt, wirken im Projektreporting mit und unterstützen ggf. auch in der Angebotsphase in Bezug auf kaufmännische Aspekte.

Your profile

  • Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung mit.
  • Sie haben bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung komplexer Projekte.
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist durch Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise geprägt.
  • Sie können Verhandlungsgeschick und organisatorische Fähigkeiten vorweisen.
  • Sie bringen ausgeprägte kooperative und teamorientierte Fähigkeiten mit.
  • Abgerundet wird ihr Profil durch sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
