Your responsibilities

  • In Deiner Rolle leitest du komplizierte Automatisierungsprojekte im Rahmen der Transformation am Standort in Wismar.
  • Du entwickelst Lösungen mittels des Einsatz von Robotik für die Transformation der Fertigung, planst die Umsetzung und setzt sie gemeinsam mit weiteren Projektmitarbeitern um.
  • Innerhalb dieser Projekte steuerst Du sowohl die Projektmitarbeiter als auch externe Partner.
  • Dein Fokus liegt auf der Verbesserung bestehender Fertigungstechnologie mittels Automatisierung und dem Einsatz von Robotik.
  • Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit dem Auftrag gebenden Abteilungsleiter und weiteren Schnittstellen ab.
  • Komplexe Problemanalysen, die Erarbeitung von Problemlösungen sowie das initiieren von Maßnahmen bei erkannten Risiken/Abweichungen fallen ebenfalls in Dein Aufgabengebiet.
  • Du stellst in Deinen Projekten die Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Zeit und Kosten sicher und berücksichtigst die Vorgaben des Qualitätsmanagements.

Your profile

  • Du kannst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium vorweisen, im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä. und besitzt bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung.

  • Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen in der Projektleitung, idealerweise auch über eine IPMA Level D Zertifizierung.

  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit dem Einsatz und Hochlauf von Automatisierungslösungen im industriellen Umfeld sind wünschenswert.

  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Technologie- und Prozessaffinität und Erfahrung in der Auswahl und Implementierung neuer Technologien.

  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse im Produktionsumfeld und in der Steuerung externer Partner.

  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise und ein großes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.

  • Dein Umfeld überzeugst Du durch Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.
