Your responsibilities

Als Projektkoordinator (m/w/d) übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Koordinierung der Liefer- und Leistungsaufträge der Produktion für die
    übertragenen Kundenaufträge
  • Erstellung kundenauftragsbezogener Berichterstattung (Stand
    der Leistungserbringung, Kosten, Chancen, Risiken u. a.)
  • Durchführung von Projektbesprechungen mit internen und externen Kunden
  • Planung und Disposition aller für den Vertrag/das Projekt erforderlichen
    Hardwarekomponenten
  • Durchführung von Produktionsbesprechungen
  • Überwachung des Produktionsfortschritts und Einleitung von Maßnahmen
    bei Abweichungen vom geplanten Ablauf

Your profile

  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar mit.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung.
  • Du bringst gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP sowie den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen mit.
  • Eine hohe Auffassungsgabe, Leistungsbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du trittst sicher auf, und deine Teamfähigkeit wird durch deine gute und aktive Kommunikationsfähigkeit gestützt.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen regionalen und nationalen Dienstreisen bringst du mit.
