Your responsibilities

  • Du erstellst und pflegst Prüf- und Nachweis-Pläne und stimmst sie mit dem Kunden sowie der Klasse ab.
  • Du bereitest offizielle FAT- bzw.SAT-Prüfungen (AG) vor und meldest sie an.
  • Du erfasst, pflegst und verfolgst Restpunkte in der firmeneigenen Datenbank.
  • Du erstellst und aktualisierst QS-Sachstände (FAT,HAT,SAT) für die interne Projektleitung und die übergeordnete Organisation.
  • Du stellst die termingerechte Weitergabe von Prüfvorschriften an die Fertigungs-/WerftBereiche sicher und sammelst Kommentare aus Konstruktion und vom Kunden.
  • Du unterstützt bei internen und externen Audits und bereitest die erforderliche Dokumentation vor.
  • Du pflegst alle Prüf- und Nachweis-Protokolle im Qualitäts-Management-System und stellst sie den Stakeholdern für weitere Nachweise zur Verfügung.
  • Du nimmst aktiv an Status-, Fertigungs- und QS-Meetings teil, führst das Protokoll und verfolgst die Beschlüsse.
  • Du kommunizierst mit internen Schnittstellen sowie externen Stakeholdern (Kunde, Klasse).

Your profile

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium als (Schiffbau)ingenieur oder eine Technikerqualifikation bzw. eine technische Ausbildung im Schiffbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marine-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Praxis in FAT/HAT/SAT-Prüfungen.
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement, im Umgang mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen sowie sehr gute Englisch- (technisch) und Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Du bist bereit, deine Zeiteinteilung flexibel zu gestalten, um kurzfristigen Prüf- oder Audit-Anforderungen nachzukommen.
  • Du unterstützt In- und Auslandsdienstreisen nach Bedarf, etwa für Baustellenbesuche oder Kunden-Workshops.
  • Du passt dich wechselnden Prioritäten bei Prüf- und Nachweisaufgaben an.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsfähigkeiten aus.
