Your responsibilities

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Schiffsentwurfsprozess als Gesamtentwerfer.
  • Fachliche Leitung und Koordination bei der Erstellung des Generalplans.
  • Steuerung und Integration der 3DGesamtmodellierung.
  • Anforderungsmanagement inklusive Nachverfolgung und Validierung.
  • Durchführung sowie Bewertung von Stabilitäts und Gewichtsrechnungen.
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Entwurfsberechnungen sowie technischer Dokumentation.
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Hafen und Seeerprobungen (HAT/SAT) sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften von Klassifikationsgesellschaften und Flaggenstaaten.

Your profile

  • Studium im Schiffbau, Meerestechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schiffsentwurf (Layout, Stabilität, Gewicht, Hydrodynamik) und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Schiffsentwicklung.
  • Praxis mit Stabilitätssoftware wie z.B. NAPA und CAD/3DUmgebungen, wie z.B. AutoCAD, Rhinoceros oder SiemensNX.
  • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement, z.B. DOORSNG und sicherer Umgang mit Office und ProjektTools wie MSExcel, Jira oder Confluence.
  • Sicheres Wissen über relevante Vorschriften (IMO) und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Klassifikationsgesellschaften.
  • Analytische Stärke: schnelle Erfassung komplexer technischer Zusammenhänge, strukturierte Entwurfserstellung und dokumentierte Ergebnisqualität.
  • Selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise: eigenverantwortliche Planung, Termintreue, Risikofrüherkennung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams.
