Your responsibilities

  • Du planst und koordinierst mit dem Projektteam die projektspezifischen Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Qualität der Liefergegenstände.
  • Du organisierst außerdem eigenständig die QM-relevanten Tätigkeiten und erstellst, steuerst und überwachst die QM-spezifischen Dokumente im Projekt.
  • In dieser Funktion bist Du Single Point of Contact für den Kunden, die Projektleitung, für Lieferanten usw. zu QM-Themen.
  • Das Projektteam leitest Du fachlich in Qualitätsfragen an.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von projektinternen Audits.

Your profile

  • Du solltest dich in der Technik zuhause fühlen, insbesondere im Schiffbau, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Informatik, dort vielfältige Erfahrungen gesammelt und idealerweise ein entsprechendes Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben.
  • Wir suchen einen Teamspieler (m/w/d), der die Arbeit im Team liebt, dort gestalten und auch die fachliche Führung übernehmen kann (ein IPMA-Zertifikat o.ä. wäre wünschenswert).
  • Du solltest ein gesundes Selbstbewusstsein und ein gutes Kommunikationsvermögen haben sowohl im Deutschen, wie im Englischen.
  • Die Regelwerke des Qualitätsmanagements (z.B. ISO 9001, EN9100, AQAP2120, AQAP 2210, AQAP 2310) kennst Du und weißt sie anzuwenden.
  • Du liebst es, wenn ein Plan funktioniert, kannst aber auch improvisieren, wenn es einmal anders kommt.
