Your responsibilities

  • Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung und Optimierung einkaufsrelevanter und projektbezogener Aktivitäten von Projektbeginn bis zum Gewährleistungsende, inkl. Reporting und Vergabeplanung
  • Verantwortung für das Erreichen der Einkaufsziele (Qualität, Kosten, Termin) sowie Initiierung und eigenständige Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenreduktion und Vermeidung von Lieferverzögerungen in Abstimmung mit dem Teilprojektleiter:in Beschaffung
  • Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung der Warengruppenstrategie mit zulässigen Projektlieferanten und Berücksichtigung kundenseitiger Anforderungen hinsichtlich Zulieferumfänge
  • Unterstützung der Teilprojektleiter:inBeschaffung und Fachabteilungen bei der Entwicklung projektspezifischer Einkaufsverträge (Back-to-Back aus Kundenverträgen) sowie Einbindung des Projektmanagements in das Vergabegremium
  • Mitwirkung in cross-funktionalen Projektteams, Weiterentwicklung des Beschaffungsprozesses, KPI-basierte Projektsteuerung und Optimierung des anforderungsbasierten Anfrageprozesses im Sinne der produktorientierten Unternehmensstrategie

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie fundiertes Methodenwissen zum Projektmanagement und tiefgehende Kenntnisse von Beschaffungsmärkten und -strategien
  • Erste Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf und in der Projektarbeit, insbesondere bei Vertragsverhandlungen und -gestaltungen (Branchenerfahrung von Vorteil)
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis, analytisches Denkvermögen, Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation, kombiniert mit einer selbständigen, ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
