Your responsibilities

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Leitung von komplexen nationalen und internationalen Projekten sowie für die Abwicklung von Verträgen im Rahmen der Termin-, Leistungs- und Budgetvorgaben.
  • Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehören die Überwachung und Aufbereitung des Projektstatus zur internen und externen Berichterstattung.
  • Sie erstellen Entscheidungsvorlagen und sorgen für entsprechende Klärung bei Herausforderungen jenseits Ihres Entscheidungsspielraums.
  • Dazu gehört auch das Management der Projektfinanzen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Controlling.
  • Zudem gehört die fachliche Führung eines interdisziplinären Projektteams in Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
  • Sie moderieren und führen Projektbesprechungen.
  • Sie verhandeln Nachforderungen und Vertragsänderungen in Absprache mit der Geschäftsbereichsleitung.
  • Die Pflege der Projektdokumentation und des internen Berichtwesens runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung in dem Bereich.
  • Sie bringen einschlägige, langjährige Erfahrung als verantwortlicher Programm- oder Projektmanager, idealerweise aus dem Defence-Bereich und / oder dem Anlagenbau mit.
  • Sie können nachweisliche Erfolge in der Projektabwicklung und in der Führung von interdisziplinären Projektteams im internationalen Umfeld vorweisen.
  • Zudem haben Sie die Zertifizierung IPMA Level B.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit interkulturellem Gespür und Parkettfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie verfügen über sichere Verhandlungskompetenzen und ein ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Sie haben eine selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und initiative sowie Proaktivität sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Regelmäßige nationale und internationale Dienstreisen bereiten Ihnen Freude.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
