Your responsibilities

  • Projektmanagementprozess: In Ihrer Rolle als Prozessmanager Projektmanagement legen Sie Prozesse, Methoden und Tools im Rahmen des Projektmanagements fest und sind verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Standards.
  • Treibende Kraft: Als treibende Kraft für ein integriertes Projektportfoliomanagement ist es Ihre Mission, effiziente und integrierte Prozessketten der gesamten Unternehmung sicherzustellen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Prozessumsetzung: Sie führen eigenständig Trainings zu den Projektmanagement-Prozessen durch und unterstützen die Projektteams bei der Umsetzung der Prozesse durch ausgewählte Coaching-Maßnahmen.
  • Messbarkeit sicherstellen: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Definition, Implementierung und Erhebung von Kennzahlen zu den Projektmanagement-Prozessen und unterstützen bei der Sicherstellung der Prozess-Compliance.
  • Projektmanagement Community: Sie organisieren einen kontinuierlichen Austausch zu Prozessverbesserungen mit der Projektmanagement Community und führen interne Aus- und Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen zum Themenfeld Projektmanagement durch.
  • Kooperation stärken: Sie pflegen und bauen nachhaltige Beziehungen zu konzerninternen Stakeholdern aus und stimmen Maßnahmen mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen, wie dem Produktportfoliomanagement, ab.

Your profile

  • Sie können ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikationen vorweisen.
  • Sie verfügen über eine mehrjährige technische, kaufmännische oder vertragsrechtliche Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung und Bewertung von komplexen Angeboten und Verträgen.
  • Sie können eine Projektmanagement- oder Systems Engineering-Zertifizierung vorweisen und konnten diese durch einschlägige Berufserfahrung anwenden.
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit sowie ein sicheres und adressatengerechtes Auftreten sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe nachhaltige Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine außergewöhnliche Einsatzbereitschaft, Fleiß, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams aus.
  • Sie sind bereit zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen runden Ihr Profil ab.
