Your responsibilities

Operative Steuerung & Projektcontrolling

  • Verantwortung für das Produktionscontrolling unserer komplexen Schiffbauprojekte und präzise Steuerung der Kosten- und Ressourcenflüsse
  • Steuerung und Optimierung der Prozesse in den Bereichen Planung, Reporting, Forecasting sowie Performance-Controlling

Strategische Weiterentwicklung

  • Weiterentwicklung des Projektcontrollings und Implementierung moderner Controlling-Ansätze, um die interne Beratung proaktiv zu gestalten
  • Durchführen von Benchmarking-Analysen, um unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich an Industriestandards auszurichten und Effizienzpotenziale zu heben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Führungsebene und dem Team, um die Controlling-Landschaft zukunftsfähig aufzustellen

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Ingenieurswissenschaften bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Produktionscontrolling, idealerweise in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld (z. B. Rüstungsindustrie, Schwerindustrie oder Großanlagenbau)
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Projektcontrolling-Prozessen und routiniert in der Anwendung der einschlägigen Tools
  • Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
