Your responsibilities

Die Position umfasst den Einkauf von technischem Equipment sowie die Organisation und Abwicklung von Import- und Exportprozessen. Ziel ist eine strukturierte, kostenbewusste und reibungslose Abwicklung der Lieferkette.

Einkauf

  • Verantwortung für den strategischen und operativen Einkauf von Offshore-Ausrüstung, Ersatzteilen und Dienstleistungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen und projektspezifischen Verträgen
  • Entwicklung eines strukturierten und transparenten Beschaffungsprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Finance & Administration
  • Überwachung der Beschaffungskosten sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Effizienz innerhalb der Lieferkette

Zoll

  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Zollabwicklung für Import und Export von Vermessungsequipment, AUVs, ROVs und spezieller Technologie
  • Schnittstelle zu Spediteuren, Zollbehörden und internen Projektteams
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Pflege interner Zollprozesse

Optional

  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Exportkontrolle (EU-Dual-Use, internationale Handelsvorschriften)

Your profile

  • Studium im Bereich Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Zollabwicklung und im Einkauf technischer Güter
  • (Optional) Kenntnisse im Bereich Exportkontrolle können auch im Job erworben werden
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Dänisch von Vorteil)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
