Your responsibilities

  • Unterstützung bei der jährlichen Ausbildungsbedarfsplanung.
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl geeigneter externer Bildungspartner, Erstellung digitaler Lerninhalte im Learning Management System, Überwachung des Lernfortschritts, Durchführung von Einweisungen und Unterweisungen.
  • Unterstützung des Ausbildungsmarketings, Durchführung des Bewerbungsmanagements von der Stellenanzeige bis zum Onboarding.
  • Planung und Koordination der Einsätze der Auszubildenden sowie der dualen Studierenden.
  • Überprüfung der Einhaltung vereinbarter Qualitätsstandards und Mitarbeit an Ausbildungsprojekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Ausbildungs-Lifecycles.
  • Abstimmung mit Kooperationsschulen, -hochschulen, -universitäten sowie Handelskammern in allen pädagogisch-inhaltlichen sowie administrativen Fragen der Ausbildung und des Dualen Studiums.

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, auch außerhalb einer Ausbildungsorganisation.
  • Ausbildereignungsschein (AEVO) und pädagogische Zusatzqualifikation.
  • Zielgruppenorientierte Bewerberansprache sowie professionelle Anwendung geeigneter Interview und Auswahltechniken.
  • Souveräne Ausstrahlung, Empathie, Sozialkompetenz und sehr gute Gesprächsführung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und fundierte Kenntnisse in MicrosoftOffice, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint sowie routinierter Umgang mit Bewerbermanagement und Ausbildungstools.
  • Freude am Umgang mit jungen Menschen und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen regionalen und überregionalen Dienstreisen.
