Your responsibilities

  • In Deiner Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Durchführung des operativen Einkaufs von IT-Produkten, Hardware und elektronischen Komponenten.
  • Du übernimmst die Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellprozesses und stellst die Materialverfügbarkeit sicher.
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit den Fachabteilungen (z.B. IT, Produktion, Logistik) ab.
  • Die Pflege von Lieferantenkontakten sowie die Unterstützung im Aufbau und der Optimierung des Lieferantennetzwerks zählt zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du arbeitest bei Konditions- und Preisverhandlungen sowie bei Rahmenverträgen mit und stimmst Dich dabei eng mit dem strategischen Einkauf ab.
  • Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools im Einkauf.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig mit SAP S/4HANA im Rahmen von Bestellabwicklung, Reporting und Materialstammdatenpflege.

Your profile

  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du konntest bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf sammeln, idealerweise im Bereich IT, Hardware oder Elektronik.
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, insbesondere SAP S/4HANA, sowie MS-Office.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsgeschick und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
