Your responsibilities

  • Überwachung aller KMMaßnahmen für Software, Hardware sowie Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Pflege von Baselines, Updates und vertraglichen Lieferungen.
  • Mengengerüste im Blick behalten und die Einhaltung der definierten KMLeistungen sowie Aufwände in den jeweiligen Arbeitspaketen sicherstellen.
  • In Abstimmung mit der Projektführung die Terminplanung für die Erstellung, Freigabe und Archivierung von Konfigurationseinheiten aktualisieren.
  • Koordinieren des Dokumentenmanagements und aktive Mitarbeit im gesamten Workflow von der formalen Prüfung bis zur Erfassung in SAPPLM.
  • Leiten und Moderieren von Audits sowie ChangeControlBoardSitzungen auf Basis der festgelegten Planung.
  • Kontinuierliche Unterstützung bei der Überwachung und Einhaltung aller KonfigurationsManagementProzesse.

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit ausgeprägtem technischem Interesse.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Konfigurationsmanagement.
  • Idealerweise bereits eine KMZertifizierung vorhanden oder Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben.
  • Grundkenntnisse in Projektmanagement und Systementwicklung; Motivation, das Wissen weiter zu vertiefen.
  • Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift für die tägliche Zusammenarbeit.
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP/PLM, Jira oder SharePoint (plus).
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit kommunikationsstarker Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität in dynamischen Situationen.
